Project Summary
Building off the findings from strategic research for blended learning, I was requested by the REAL CHEM team to further support their product development process. REAL CHEM is a chemistry courseware that blends state-of-the-art teaching theory to support students from ALL backgrounds to better succeed within higher education STEM courses.
I supported their team through a variety of project management and usability research operations to:
• Align Engineering, Product Management, and Design to coordinate research sprints
• Create a research timeline while prioritizing feature testing with Target Product Profile and release dates
• Lead Usability Research Design guide development and feedback sessions
• Create clear processes for participant tracking and recruitment
• Create a repository of research deliverables
